I need the NHS because you people make me sick!….
If you don’t like the NHS do you own liver transplant, if you can’t then fucking stop complaining, it’s a free health service whenever you need it. In fact, whenever you want it, you could cut your finger off and you are guaranteed to be helped, how many countries in the world can you expect to be helped when you’re in need of it?
I bet it’s a lot cleaner than most people’s houses, especially the people that sit around all day finding problems with it! “I would never use the NHS for any service, emergency or not, I have private health care and have never had a complaint”, good, I’m glad you’re private because it wouldn’t be the MRSA killing you if we were to share a ward, IT WOULD BE ME YOU PETTY COMMUNIST!!!

I work for the nhs and think its the greatest thing and worst thing ever at the same time. The money they waste is silly and unfortunately if someone is shite at their job they dont get sacked, just pushed into a different job. The NHS is full of people like this (Hi!). But saying all that, the doctors, nurses and hca’s on the front line are proper brilliant. Often working extremely long shifts on crappy wages. Middle management people waste too much time/money/effort on stupid little projects that never really work out instead of just getting on with the main job. Oh and they like to fiddle their travel allowance.
