The money they waste is silly and unfortunately if someone is shite at their job they dont get sacked, just pushed into a different job. The NHS is full of people like this (Hi!). But saying all that, the doctors, nurses and hca's on the front line are proper brilliant. Often working extremely long shifts on crappy wages. Middle management people waste too much time/money/effort on stupid little projects that never really work out instead of just getting on with the main job.
